User rules
You are responsible for your account, inputs, uploads, generated content, and the consequences of using Promptwice.
You may not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, and you may not upload or generate unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, hateful, exploitative, violent extremist, malware-related, or otherwise harmful content.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, bypass limits, scrape at scale, abuse free quotas, or otherwise disrupt Promptwice.
No AI abuse
You may not use Promptwice to create deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, phishing, spam, false advertising, platform-review evasion, or content likely to cause harm.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts and requests that we believe involve abuse, fraud, abnormal request volume, legal violations, or violations of these Terms.
Payment terms
Prices, credits, usage rules, and validity terms for paid credits, packs, or subscriptions are shown on the checkout or pricing page. Different features may consume different credit amounts.
You authorize our payment provider to charge you the amount shown at checkout. Subscriptions, where offered, renew on a recurring basis until canceled.
Because AI services involve external models, compute, and infrastructure costs, consumed credits, completed generation requests, and digital services that have begun are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Generated results and rights
AI outputs may be non-unique, inaccurate, unstable, or different from what you expect. You are responsible for reviewing whether generated content is suitable for commercial use, publication, or any other purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, you retain rights you have in your inputs. We may use related content to provide, maintain, improve, and protect the service and to handle disputes.
Disclaimer
Promptwice is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, fitness for a particular purpose, or that generated results will be suitable for commercial, legal, advertising, platform, or intellectual-property registration purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptwice, Pockitful Limited, and our service providers are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or third-party claims arising from your use of AI outputs.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use Promptwice after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
